Personal reflection

I'd like to reflection in some aspects of the experience.

Contents

Concerning the contents, I feel I needed to simplify the content t achive the goal, because it's a really new content in their life and to be deeper in a new language with so new vocabulary could be a problem.
Then the level has been reduced in the sessions I did in English language.

Vocabulary and language

Concerning vocabulary, as I explained before, was new and also full of hints that needed to be detailed. That's why I did not complicate him and I decided not to go into great details, to prevent the students from losing out the explanations.

As regards the syntax in technology, it is very simple, because we work in the present and without too many syntactic complications.

Reading and Writing

Reading and writing are also simple and ask a lot of knowledge about the vocabulary used and little bit of the syntactic construction.

Class Rithm

The rithm of the classes was slowly than I forcast.
I programmed three classes for the first task, finally I used four. 
That's normal because it's the first experience that I had with this methode doing class. 

Gammification, collaborative and cooperative tasks

Students accepted doing the class with all the experiences I proposed but it was hard asume that they had to use english as a language to talk to each other. The habit was so big that they used english olnly in writting and when I asked directlly to them, but  never to talk in their group.

The song

I used a song to introduce vocabulary that it was really a success. They enjoyed a lot and it helped to learn the basic  vocabulary.

Conclusions

The experience has been really interesting, I need to change some little things that could work better, but I'm sure that it has help my students to improve their english and to understand that the language it's not only a "game" but a tool in their life.

As a teacher, I've had a difficulty not to change my usual language of expression and I have had really difficulties to not use Catalan in the communication with them, but I achieved it in a 85%.
